Appraisal & Door-Knock Services
The C.E. Stowe Company routinely conducts site reviews (or door-knock visits) of existing businesses including verification and evaluation of equipment and all assets. Following the site visit, a detailed report including pictures and condition of assets, leased and/or financed, will be provided. This information is clearly very helpful prior to the loan or lease for collateral documentation purposes. We also provide annual reviews of the collateral and business sites for the bank’s lending records, or as needed in the case of a refinance, etc.
Our appraisal services focus on determining the true value of each piece of equipment. Sourcing current auction reports, new and used equipment sales figures for that industry, and known buyers of all types of equipment.
